Filippo La Mantia cuisine can be enjoyed everyday from Monday through Friday.
The antique character of the restaurant combines perfectly with elements of modern
design creating a fine atmosphere.
Filippo’s lunch confirms light and innovative recipes all based on the aroma of simple and traditional
ingredients such as basil, mint, capers, lemon and orange.
Garlic and onion “soffritti” have been banned and replaced by citrus pesto.
Cous cous, caponata and fried finger food are some of the daily offered “delicacies”.
Sunday brunch
The brunch is the “get together” event of the week during which relax is a must.
From 12:30 to 15:30 the buffet becomes a feast of sicilian colours and food:
arancino, cassata, caponata. A sicilian list of wines, tea and coffee will do
the rest.
“We have opened the restaurant for lunch and Sunday brunch as well to let our
guests stay with us as often as they wish. The Majestic is an historical hotel
and we want to revive it’s fame" – says Filippo La Mantia.
